Abstract
This Resolution reestablishes the closed season for Atlantic Bigeye Scad (Selar crumenophthalmus) and Mackerel scad (Decapterus macarellus) from 2025 onwards, in accordance with the terms defined in the 2021 Annual Executive Plan for Fisheries Resource Management. The closed seasons for Atlantic Bigeye Scad, from June 15 to July 14, and for Mackerel scad, from July 15 to September 14, are reestablished, starting in 2025. It applies to all individuals or legal entities engaged in commercial fishing as operators throughout the national territory.
