Resolution No. 25/2011 approving the concession to Marina S.N. Lda to build harbour facilities in Tarrafal, within the island of São Nicolau.

This Resolution approves the contract of concession to Marina S.N. Lda to build harbour facilities in Tarrafal, within the island of São Nicolau. This Concession, consisting of 5 Chapters, establishes terms, conditions and requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activity. This contract aims at giving the concession of a coastal area within the harbour of Tarrafal area, of an extension of 35.000m2 and a public maritime land plot of 28.000m2 in order to implement the project of building of port facilities and sport infrastructures in Tarrafal of São Nicolau for a total of 319 recreational boats of a total of 30 metres length.
