Resolution No. 32/2016 approving the Regional Framework of Territorial Planning for Boa Vista island (EROT-BV).

This Resolution approves the Regional Framework of Territorial Planning for Boa Vista island (EROT-BV). This Regional Framework, consisting of 6 Chapters and several maps and tables, is a strategical territorial development planning tool, constituted by the Regulation, the graphics, including plants and the territorial models, the report and the implementation programme, which defines the territory of the island organizational model, establishing general rules, general indications, assisted by the National Guidelines for Territorial Planning, as well as specific rules as a set of detailed rules aimed at planning of land occupations, constituting the reference to the municipal planning and guiding the special plans of territorial planning. In addition, it focuses also on the special conditions, on space categories and on its monitoring, evaluation and implementation.
