Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 4 articles, approves the Regional Framework of Territorial Planning for Maio island (EROT-Maio). This regional framework (in the Annex), consisting of 6 Chapters and several maps and tables, aims at the land use planning of the EROT and covers the entire island of Maio area, with the limits expressed in the Territorial Model Form specified in the text. The EROT has a 12 year validity period counted from its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cape Verde, but it may be revised, modified or suspended before the expiry of that period.
