Abstract
This Resolution approves the Convention to be concluded between the State of Cape Verde and the Complementary Group of Companies (ACE), Sucla Lda. And Universo Lda, under Cape Verdean law. The purpose of this Convention is to define the set of of obligations that both parties assume, with the purpose of implementing aquaculture projects of shrimp and fish farming, creating conditions that guarantee the sustainability of the project and the competitiveness of the product in the national and international market.
