Abstract
This Resolution approves the Establishment Convention to be concluded between the State of Cape Verde and the Industrial Society of Aquaculture of Maio (AQUAMAIO S.A). The Convention regulates the objectives of the project, the obligations of the investor, the obligations of the State, the monitoring and inspection of the project, the concatenation of the obligations of the parties and non-compliance, the termination and modification of the convention, as well as the interpretation, integration, application of said convention and settlement of disputes.

This Convention enters into force and takes effect from the date of its signature until the end of the term of the incentives granted therein, if it is not legally resolved or terminated.

This Resolution repeals Resolution No. 98/2014 of 2 December approving the previous investment agreement signed between the State of Cape Verde and the Industrial Society of Aquaculture of Maio - AQUAMAIO, S.A.
