Resolution No. 52/2023 approving the Action Plan of the Cape Verde Digital Governance Strategy 2023-2025.

This Resolution approves the Action Plan of the Cape Verde Digital Governance Strategy 2023-2025 (PA-EGDCV). The PA-EGDCV is structured into 34 goals and 313 actions, each of which are units of operationalization of the 80 strategic measures established, around the nine areas of intervention in which the Cape Verde Digital Governance Strategy unfolds, namely: ) Digital public services (SPD), for a State closer to citizens and companies; b) Simpler and more digital processes, for a quality public service; c) Access and availability of information (ADI), for a more transparent State; d) Integration and interoperability (IEI), for a more agile State; e) Infrastructure and security (IES), for a more resilient State; f) Technology (TEC), for a more agile and digital State; g) Legislation (LEG), for a more reliable digital State; h) Digital literacy (LIT), for a more capable State; i) Good governance (GOV), for the digital transformation of the State. The goals contained in the PA-EGDCV constitute a roadmap for the operationalization of the strategic measures identified in each of the intervention areas, comprising in themselves a concrete path to follow, with a well-defined field of action aimed at obtaining concrete results.
