Resolution No. 79/2012 authorizing the Cape Verde Maritime Security Services Lda to manage off-shore private maritime operations from Cabo Verde.

This Resolution approves the contract of concession related to the below mentioned activity. The Concession, with a renewable duration of one year, consists of 5 Sections, authorizing the Cape Verde Maritime Security Services Lda to manage off-shore private maritime security operations originated from the harbours of Cabo Verde. This operations will deal with: a) giving advice to the concession requests; b) verifying and supervising such activities operated by private maritime security agencies; c) organizing the embarking and desembarking procedures of protecting engines.
