Abstract
This Act lays down some amendments to the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment. In particular, the present Act provides that some actions to protect the environment may be made by civic associations or nonprofit organization?s ?even if the assessment of the effects on the environment were initiated before 11 December 2009.
