Act amending Act on Environmental Impact Assessment.

This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on Environmental Impact Assessment. In particular, the replaced Annex 2 provides criteria for examination procedure which is supposed to determine whether the intent or change of the given project may have significant effect on the environment. Replaced Annex 4 describes documentation required for projects which are subject to environmental impact assessments beyond the boundaries of the Czech Republic. Such documentation contains: information about the notifier, overview of the most significant environmental characteristics of the area concerned, characteristics and assessment of possible significant effects on the environment and public health, comparison of variant solutions and conclusions.
