Act amending Act on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

This Act amends four points of the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). In particular, the Act amends provisions concerning issuing opinion on the implementation of impact assessment project on the environment (art. 10 of the amended Act). Payment for issuing the opinion can be postponed for five years if the notifier declares in writing that there were no significant changes in the implementation of the project, the conditions in the affected territory, the new knowledge related to the documentation and development of new technologies.
