Abstract
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on the marketing of seeds and seedlings. In particular, the present Act lays down requirements for marketing and packaging of seed varieties bred under special conditions (supplemented art. 3c), and registration of varieties bred under special conditions (supplemented art. 35b).
