Abstract
This Act amends 24 points of the Act on the marketing of seeds and seedlings and amending some other acts. In particular, the Act establishes conditions of production and placing the seed of conservation varieties on the market (art. 3b of the amended Act), and conditions of registration of conservation varieties (art. 35b).
