Abstract
This Act amends 32 points of the Act on requirements concerning greenhouse gas emission allowance. In particular, the Act establishes conditions of the management of assigned quantity units. Assigned quantity units are the property of the Czech Republic and are managed by the ministry. The administrator of the registry keeps track of assigned quantity units allocated and their management.
