Act amending Act on the State Inspectorate on Agricultural and Food Processing.

This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on the State Inspectorate on Agricultural and Food Processing. In particular the present Act lays down provisions concerning issuing permissions for the renewal of production of agricultural products, food or tobacco products, marketing of agricultural products, foodstuffs or tobacco products, or the use of packaging, appliances, equipment or premises, which were banned due to measures specified in art. 5 if the defective conditions are removed (supplemented art. 5a). Further the Act sets out sources of data used by the State Inspectorate and inspectorates to perform their liabilities under this Act (amended art. 9).
