Act amending the Water Act.

This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Water Act. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning permission for the use of surface water or groundwater (art. 8 of the amended Act), lays down details on notification on water works and water management measures (supplemented art. 15a), provides objectives of water protection relating to the environment (art. 23a), amends provisions concerning development of river basin management plans and flood risk management plans (art. 25), protection of water quality (art. 38 and 39), flood risk (art. 64a) and flood measures (art. 65).
