Abstract
The Act, which is composed of 17 articles, regulates access to environmental information. The aim of the Act is to grant the right of access to information and to provide public awareness on environmental issues. It defines the procedures relating to the right of access to information on environmental issues and specifies the measures to be implemented by the State administration in this sector.
