Breeding Act.

This Act sets forth rules governing: (a) breeding and reproduction of cattle, horses, swines, sheep, goats and poultry; (b) breeding fishes and bees; (c) marking of livestock; (d) registration of livestock. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) Introductory provisions; (2) Breeding of livestock; (3) Reproduction of cattle, horses, swines, sheep and goats; (4) Reproduction of poultry; breeding fishes and bees; (5) Sale and purchase of livestock, insemination dosages, embryos, ova and reproductive material of fishes and bees; (6) Marking and registration; (7) Inspection; (8) Penalties; (9) Common provisions.
