Decree on agrovoltaic electricity production plant.

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of six articles, lays down: (a) types of agricultural culture registered according to the Act on Agriculture, which may be located on the agricultural land on which the agrovoltaic electricity production plant is to be located; (b) conditions relating to the design of the agrovoltaic electricity production plant; (c) conditions relating to equipment that are a necessary part of the plan of the agrovoltaic electricity production plant; (d) conditions of subsequent reclamation after the end of operation of the agrovoltaic electricity production plant. The agrovoltaic electricity production plant can be located on the following types of agricultural culture such: vineyard, a hop farm, an orchard, a nursery, or an area with truffles.
