Decree amending Decree implementing the Act on hops protection.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree implementing the Act on hops protection. In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning labeling of hop material and establishes that marking material, which indicates hop packaging has includes dentification label, which includes indications of Czech Republic, Central Control and Testing Institute of Agriculture, the variety of hops, hop-growing area or hop location, cadastral municipality in which it was grown, vintage, serial number of packages of hops and barcode.
