Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on keeping information relating to packaging. In particular the present Decree establishes new forms of reports which should be notified to the Ministry of Environment by a person who places packaging or packaged products on the market. The reports are provided in amended Annexes 1 to 5.
