Decree on the classification of seeds and seedlings of forest species and laying down provisions on afforestation and reforestation of lands.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down provisions on seeds and seedlings of forest plant species. It is is composed of the following Sections: (1) Details on genetic classification and requirements for selected trees and forest thickets; (2) Details concerning recognized sources of reproductive material and seeds; (3) Definition of origin areas and details on transfer of seeds and seedlings of forest species; (4) Details on reforestation and afforestation of lands designated to function as forests, and on the register of reproductive materials of forest; (5) Final provisions.
