Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 23 articles and eight Annexes, establishes: a) general emission limits of pollutants; (b) scope and method of the measurement of emission of pollutants for stationary sources of air pollution; (c) determining the quantity of pollutants calculation, method of calculation and emission factors; (d) measurement of combustion efficiency for small combustion sources, including the quantity of emitted substances; (e) allowable darkness of the smoke and method of its assessment; (f) requirements for issuing authorizations specified in art. 15 of the implemented Act; (g) terms of the application for a permit due to art. 17 of the implemented Act; (h) form and method of keeping records on the sources; (i) form and method of preparing operating rules; (j) form and procedure if reporting accidents in the sources.
