Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine paragraphs and five Annexes, lays down details on the preparation of regional development plans for forests and the definition of economic files. The regional plan for development of forests establishes framework principles for natural forest areas. The regional plan is the basis for the regionally differentiated implementation of the state forest policy and the recommendations for the preparation of forest management plans and forest management. The boundaries of natural forest areas are defined in Annex 1 to this Decree.
