Abstract
The Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, requirements for the quality of fuel from stationary sources in terms of air protection, deadlines for satisfying these requirements, requirements for sampling fuel, verification and certification of the quality of fuel, and method and deadlines for reporting on the content of sulfur in some liquid fuels. Annex 1 specifies the form of fuel quality certificate. Annex 2 specifies the form of report on the quality of selected liquid fuels.
