Decree on forest economic planning.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of the following Sections: (1) Forest lands; (2) Forest economic plans; (3) Forest economic projects; (4) Entry into force. The Decree divides forest lands into two groups (overgrown and forestless) for purposes of preparing forest economic projects. The Decree establishes the minimum content of plans (main text, economic book and forest maps). Section 2 describes in details all the parts of the plan. Forest economic projects are drafted by local authorities competent in public forest matters for a given territory.
