Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles, sets out detailed requirements applicable to constructions used for ameliorated land and regulates their maintenance. Particular regard is given to land irrigation, land drainage and protection of land from erosion caused by water flows.
