Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 15 articles and two Annexes, establishes the list of significant watercourses, the method of implementation of activities related to the management of watercourses and the particulars necessary to decide on appointment of the administrator of a small watercourse. Furthermore, it lays down provisions concerning the monitoring of the state of watercourse. The list of significant watercourses is specified in Annex 1.
