Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of seven articles and two Annexes, aims at reducing the emissions of polluting substances from the combustion of certain types of liquid fuels used by inland and marine vessels. The present Decree implements the relevant European Union regulations and lays down: (a) requirements for the quality of fuels used by inland and marine vessels which sail under the flag of the Czech Republic; (b) requirements for sampling of fuels and verification of their quality; (c) the method of proving the quality of fuels; (d) details on reporting on the quality of fuels.
