Abstract
This Decree establishes the legal framework for calculating damages caused by various factors related to forestry management. It outlines the specific procedures for calculating damages caused by permanent or temporary restrictions on forest production, damage to forest growth, and extraordinary measures related to forestry management. The present Decree is composed of the following Sections: (1) Introductory provisions; (2) Assessment of damages; (3) Final provisions.
