Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, establishes soils unsuitable for the conversion of permanent grassland to arable land in terms of their physical or biological properties and their erosion risk of water erosion, as well as the method of assessing the erosion risk of agricultural land by water erosion. Soils unsuitable for the conversion of permanent grassland to arable land are specified in art. 3.
