Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of eight articles, establishes particular conditions to guarantee animal welfare during breeding activities. The Decree also regulates the transmission of information and documentation to inspectors. These provisions do not apply neither to animals used for experimentation purposes nor to wild animals.
