Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 12 articles and two Annexes, lays down provisions for sampling of fertilizers, soil improvers, plant biostimulants and substrates, as well as chemical and biological analysis of fertilizer samples. Annex 1 specifies minimum amlount of incremental samples by product type and lot size, and Annex 2 defines procedures of chemical analysis.
