Decree on technical requirements for constructions which fulfill forest functions.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of ten articles, lays down technical requirements for constructions which fulfill forest functions such as the construction of forest roads, construction of other routes for forest transport, and structures for water treatment of forest soils. The route of the forest road is designed in particular to: (a) make access to the largest possible area of the forest; b) meet requirements of proper forest management and forest protection; (c) minimize disruption of the spatial arrangement and stability of forest stands; (d) ensure uniform, smooth and safe driving. Construction requirements for the modification of the water regime of forest soil are set out in art. 5.
