Feedstuffs Act.

The Act sets out rules governing the production, use, packaging, labelling, transport and marketing of feedstuffs, additive substances and premixes. It also specifies the functions and tasks to be exercised by the competent inspection authority. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Production and marketing of feedstuffs, additive substances and premixes; (3) Inspection and verification of compliance; (4) Production and transport of feedstuffs intended for research activities; (5) Transitional and repealing provisions. As regards the application scope, these provisions do not apply to feedstuffs, additive substances and premixes intended to feed certain groups of animals imported into the Czech Republic (as specified in the Act).
