Law on Agriculture.

This Act sets out the basic legislative framework on agriculture. It aims at ensuring agricultural development so as to guarantee food security and availability of basic agricultural commodities. It sets out provisions to support agricultural activities, including rules on environmental protection. The Act also establishes procedures on compensation of damages caused to farmers. The Act is composed of the following articles: (1) Aim of the Act; (2) Supporting agriculture; (3) Protection of the agricultural market; (4) Providing information; (5) Compensation of damages; (6) Final provisions; (7) Entry into force.
