Ordinance establishing the conditions for the implementation of forestry-environmental payment measures.

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 16 articles and one Annex, establishes the conditions for the implementation of forestry-environmental payment measures, following the directly applicable regulations of the European Union and in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic. The subsidy can be granted to the following measures: (a) preservation of the vegetation type of the economic group; (b) protection and reproduction of the gene pool of forest trees; (c) conservation of habitat trees.
