Ordinance establishing the rules for the conditionality of payments to farmers.

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 22 articles and 15 Annexes, establishes the rules for the conditionality of payments to farmers, following the directly applicable regulations of the European Union and in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic. These conditions relate to mandatory management requirements, standards of good agricultural and environmental condition of the soil, and minimum requirements for to the use of fertilizers and plant protection products.
