Regulation amending the Regulation on conditions of agri-environmental measures.

This Government Regulation lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation on conditions of agri-environmental measures. In particular, the present Regulation regulates the application for extension of the period included in the agri-environmental measures (supplemented art. 3b) and amends provisions concerning application for inclusion in the title organic farming (art. 7 of the amended Regulation), conditions of the reduction of subsidies in the calendar year (art. 11) and provides the new list of vegetables cultivated within integrated production on arable land for the purposes of sub-processes environmentally title integrated production (Annex 6).
