Regulation on approval of packages for transport, storage and disposal of nuclear materials and radioactive substances.

This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of 13 articles, establishes: (a) details and procedure of the approval of containers for transport or storage of nuclear materials and radioactive substances and sources of ionizing radiation, verification and documentation of their compliance with the approval; (b) nuclear materials and radioactive substances for transport of which a special permit is required, the method of transport security, content, scope and method of implementation of approved documentation that is included in the application for authorization; (c) in accordance with the law of the European Communities, the scope and modalities of international transport of radioactive waste and sealed sources.
