Regulation on the procedure for determining wastewater pollution.

This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of seven articles and three Annexes, implements Art. 91 point 3 of Water Act and establishes: the procedure for determining the pollution of waste water and determining the average concentration of wastewater pollution (art. 2 and 3); the procedure for measurement of waste water (art. 4); details on operating records on wastewater pollution (art. 5) and subtraction of the amount of pollution in the water withdrawn (art. 6).
