Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Feedstuffs Ordinance in its version of 5 July 2013 (BGBl. I p. 2242). The following provisions are repealed: article 34c on Bans on imports of certain products from the People's Republic of China; article 36, number 2; and Annex 8 concerning List of feed checkpoints in Germany. Moreover, a small change is made to article 36, paragraph 5, replacing the expression “Implementing Regulation No. 1021/2014” of 27 September 2014 by the expression "Implementing Regulation No. 1295/2014" of 5 December 2014.
