Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Emission Protection Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the incineration and co-incineration of waste. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Requirements of installation, design and operation (2); Measures and monitoring (3); General provisions (4); Final provisions (5): Five Annexes are enclosed.
