Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Emission Control Act in its consolidated version of 26 September (BGBl. I p. 3830). In particular, the text lays down provisions relating to small and medium-sized combustion plants.The text consists of 28 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Firing systems for solid fuels (2); Oil and gas firing systems (3); Monitoring (4); Common provisions (5); Transitional provisions (6); Final provisions (7).
