Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Emission Protection Act and the Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) of 24 November 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to facilities subject to authorization as laid down in Annex 1. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Facilities subject to authorization (1); Assignment to the types of procedures (2); Facilities under the Industrial Emission Directive (3). Two Annexes are enclosed.
