Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Atomic Energy Act, in its version of 15 July 1985 (BGBl. I p. 1565). In particular, the Act rewords article 24a on Information of the public; transmission of information. It establishes that the competent authorities shall inform the public on nuclear security. The text consists of 2 articles.
