Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment Act in its version of 24 February 2010. In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 1 on Sphere of application; article 2 dealing with Definition of terms and article 3 concerning Principles of environmental impact assessment. Moreover, the Act amends Part 1 on Requirements for an environmental impact assessment; Part 2 concerning Procedural steps for an environmental impact assessment; Part 3 laying down provisions relating to Part approval of environmental projects.
