Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Act in its version of 14 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 971). In particular, it adds article 4a on directives by the competent authorities. Furthermore, the Act adds article 15d concerning the marketing of plant production products.
Moreover, the Act introduces some amendments to the Federal Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety Act of 6 August 2002 (BGBl. I p. 3082, 3084). In particular, it amends article 6 dealing with the calculation of fees.
