Act amending the Renewable Energies Sources Act.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Renewable Energies Sources Act of 21 July 2014. In particular, the Act changes the title of the Act and shall read Renewable Energies Sources Act 2017. Moreover, the Act rewords articles 1 to 7 as follows: Purpose and aim of the Act (1); Principles of the Act (2); Definition of terms (3); Further expansion (4); Expansion at home and abroad (5); Registration of expansion (6); Statutory debt obligation (7).
