Abstract
The present Act amends the Plant Protection Act of 15 September 1986 (BGBl. I p. 1505). Moreover, it amends the Seeds Act of 20 August 1985 (BGBl. I p.1633). Article 3a on "Trade in seeds", article 14a on "Regulations for seeds" and article 14b on "Regulations for seeds for fruit" and article 22a on "Packing and labelling of seeds" are added. The Act consists of 5 articles.
